Dave Steward is the President of a full service market research company, Customer Opinion Research Inc., that specializes in Customer and Employee value management. The company, based in Budd Lake, New Jersey, USA delivers an array of qualitative and quantitative programs designed to provide a better understanding of your business's customers and employeees, along with meaningful information to add greater value to customers.
Prior to forming his own company in 1990, Davis managed the customer satisfaction process for a variety of business units within AT&T prior to becoming the International Marketing Manager. Most notably, the Network Services Division which was part of the team with Ray Kordupleski discovering the notion of value, and what it means to the customer.
