Jane Williams
Jane Williams combines professional, personal and community
values to her "hands-on" approach to research. Through
her participation in retailing, fashion, banking, healthcare
and local government, Jane has observed and interacted with
clients, colleagues and suppliers. This has allowed her to
acquire insights and understandings into issues that concern
and affect the purchasing power and preferences of the individual,
that are important in her role as a Research Analyst with
Customer Value Management.
As a past coordinator of health and social service organisations
in the Waikato region, combined with an active interest in
environmental issues effecting communities, Jane has the capacity
to factor in the components essential to determining and stimulating
consumer loyalty.
As a member of the CVM team Jane's commitment is to identify
and reflect the needs and aspirations of the customer through
a combination of processes, to ensure personal values are
prioritised and embedded within our research projects.
Jane graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor
of Social Sciences. Based in Raglan, Jane has developed strong
networks within her wider community and inspires confidence
and trust amongst her friends and colleagues.
