William Adams

Bill Adams is the managing partner for the Rational Management Group, Inc.   RMG is a management consulting group working with companies to improve business performance through creating customer value.  Mr. Adams has broad experience in developing and implementing the management systems and infrastructure necessary to achieve and sustain continually improving business performance.

Before entering into management consulting, Bill served in leadership positions in a variety of companies and industries where he had direct responsibility for leading organizational transformations to achieve improved business performance.  He has 28 years experience in the telecommunications industry in positions with Illinois Bell and AT&T.  He was Vice President for Quality Systems with Faber-Castell, a manufacturing company, where he led the implementation of a company-wide focus on customers and operational improvements to achieve significant business benefits.  He also served as Director for service quality with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey where he again built a foundation for a company-wide transformation to delivering value to customers.  He travels and lectures internationally.  His clients have included companies in the telecommunications, financial services and power industries.
